`Red Notice’ Tops Streaming Ratings For Third Consecutive Week

“Red Notice” topped the streaming ratings for the third consecutive week with viewers spending 954 million minutes watching the action comedy on Netflix, according to figures released Monday by Nielsen.

Viewership from Nov. 22-28 dropped 44.2% from the 1.71 billion minutes from Nov. 15-21.

The seven-episode Netflix limited series “True Story” was second with 943 million minutes watched in its first five days of release.

“Hawkeye” was among three other programs in the latest top 10 not in the previous week’s, with the first two episodes of the Disney+ superhero miniseries placing third with 853 million minutes watched of its two episodes in their first five days of release.

“Bruised” was seventh, with viewers spending 654 million minutes watching the Halle Berry-starring and directed mixed martial arts film in its first five days of release on Netflix.

“Cowboy Bebop” was eighth, with viewers spending 629 million minutes watching the Netflix 10-episode science fiction series in its first full week of release.

Dropping out of the top 10 were the 13-episode documentary series “Tiger King”; the classic NBC comedy “Seinfeld”; the 2005-20 CBS police procedural crime drama “Criminal Minds”; and “The Great British Baking Show,” which all stream on Netflix.

“You” dropped to second after back-to-back first-place finishes, with viewers spending 994 million minutes watching the 30 episodes of the psychological thriller the week of Nov. 1-7.

Six of the top 10 streams on Netflix, three on Disney+ and one on Amazon Prime Video. Nielsen also announces streaming viewership of Apple TV+ and Hulu programming.

The top 10 consisted of four original streaming series; four movies, one program that originally aired on a U.S. network; and “CoComelon,” the 15- episode 3D animated series of videos of traditional nursery rhymes and original children’s songs that originated on YouTube.

The top 10 programs were “Red Notice,” “True Story,” “Hawkeye,” “CoComelon,” “NCIS,” “Wheel of Time,” “Bruised,” “Cowboy Bebop,” “Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings” and “Jungle Cruise.”

The figures reflect only television-set viewing, including such television-connected devices as Roku and Apple TV. Mobile-only viewing is not included in Nielsen’s streaming measurement systems.
