On August 19, Enhaus Design + Build will host Rekindle, an intimate dinner at Betsy in Altadena for homeowners rebuilding after the recent fires. The first night filled quickly, so they added August 20 to welcome more neighbors.
Enhaus is actively helping Altadena homeowners rebuild. Company officials said that after visiting several properties, they saw the need for a welcoming space where people can share their stories, ask tough questions, and get honest answers.
“Rekindle is part of our ongoing effort to restore homes and rebuild community connections,” said co-founder Robert Chuang.
“Betsy, our host venue, is a rising star in Altadena’s dining scene that also suffered losses during the fires. Soon to reopen, it embodies resilience and renewal. Choosing Betsy was deliberate, supporting a local business that shares our recovery story shows that rebuilding happens together, as a community.”
The evening’s centerpiece is the “Rebuild Bar,” where the Enhaus team will review homeowner materials: blueprints, floor plans, site photos, insurance policies, or smartphone pictures. For those ready to move forward, this hands-on review helps identify options, clarify timelines, and outline the most practical path ahead.
“Guests leave with real direction, not just inspiration,” Chuang said.
Rekindle reflects the precision and methodology that defines Enhaus projects.
“We handle the heavy lifting so clients can focus on their lives and families,” says Chuang. “We promise honesty, transparency, and commitment to seeing each project through.”
For Enhaus, rebuilding means more than construction. They integrate design and build for a cohesive vision from start to finish.
“We protect homeowners’ well-being while ensuring all legal compliance. We create safe, beautiful spaces that honor family values and represent our long-term commitment to this community,” Chuang said.
“Communication matters at every step,” adds co-founder Bader Jaffan. “We collaborate with clients and families to make the entire process better than expected. We won’t abandon our neighbors when the work gets challenging. We’re here with a whole team dedicated to quality and a new approach to home building.”
The upcoming event will take place on August 19 and August 20, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. each evening at Betsy, located at 875 E. Mariposa Street in Altadena.
