Join the Pasadena Senior Center on Monday and Tuesday, January 4 and 5, to try out some of their winter classes to see if you’d like them before you commit to them.

There are many different classes to try out, and each sample class will last about 30-minutes. These virtual Class Tasting sessions begin at 9 a.m. and will last up to about 4 or 5 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

Each session is an opportunity to meet the instructors, learn more about the course and try it out.

The Pasadena Senior Center website lists Monday’s Class Tasting session to include Yoga, Strength Training, French Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes, Solo Ballroom Dancing and Solo Ballroom Line Dancing.

On Tuesday, sessions will include Pilates, Yoga and Presence Practice or Mediation, The Art and Joy of Sewing, QiGong and Tai Chi, Tap Beginner or Intermediate, Watercolor Classes, Acting and BollyX (Low Impact Dance Cardio Class).

To register for any of these sample classes, visit www.pasadenaseniorcenter.org/online-classes/virtual-class-tasting and click on the appropriate Register Online button. After signing up, you will receive a Zoom link for your chosen day and time.

For detailed descriptions of each of the courses, visit www.pasadenaseniorcenter.org/online-classes/class-descriptions.
