For $199, the Valentine’s Picnic in the Park package includes 1.5 hours at the Park, a luxury picnic set for two, a picnic table with blanket, pillows or cushions, dried Floral Arrangement, Hibiscus Rose Tea, and Salted Rose Chocolate Chip Cookies.
