Watch We’re Watching: ‘Spider-Man’ Top Box Office For Sixth Time in Seven Weeks

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” topped the weekend box office for the sixth time in its seven weeks of release, grossing $11 million this weekend, according to industry estimates released Sunday.

The latest edition of the lucrative superhero franchise — which stars Tom Holland, Zendaya and Benedict Cumberbatch — has grossed $735.886 million in North America. It owns the fourth-biggest domestic haul of any film, behind “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” ($936 million), “Avengers: Endgame” ($858 million) and “Avatar” ($760 million).

The reboot of “Scream” grossed $7.35 million Friday through Sunday at theaters in the United States and Canada to finish second for the second consecutive week after topping the box office in its first week of release, Comscore reported.

The animated film “Sing 2” was in third place with $4.8 million in its sixth week of release.

“Redeeming Love” was fourth for the second time in its two weeks of release with $3.7 million, followed by “The King’s Man” with $1.754 million in its sixth week.

Rounding out the top 10 domestic releases, as estimated by Comscore, were “The 355” ($1.4 million), “American Underdog” ($1.225 million), “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” ($770,000), “Licorice Pizza” ($691,187), and “West Side Story” ($614,000).
