Where to Find the Best Sandwich Shops in Pasadena on National Sandwich Day

Tuesday, November 3, is National Sandwich Day, and to help celebrate, we’ve found some of the best sandwich shops in Pasadena where you can grab a sub to celebrate this holiday.

Pasadena Sandwich Company, located at 259 Sierra Madre Villa Ave. Suite 102, is an established, family-run deli with offbeat decor, hearty portions and meats cooked on-site. They have a wide variety of sandwiches on the menu, about 22 variations, including PSC Big Mouth, PSC Deli Platter, and PSC Steve Style, with prices from $12 to $20. Roma Market, at 918 N Lake Ave., is often known as the “Pasadena landmark with one sandwich.” The sandwich sits on the deli counter wrapped in pink wax paper, in a stack that can go from 60 to zero over the course of a brief lunchtime rush. It’s just $5.50, and it’s among one of the most favored sandwiches in Los Angeles. The 81-year-old owner, Rosario Mazzeo, assembles the sandwich in the sandwich as he has been doing so since 1959.
