Assembly Majority Leader Holden to Address City Councils in the 41st Assembly District

Assemblymember Chris Holden (D-Pasadena) will present his annual Capitol Update to city councils throughout the 41st Assembly District beginning in October. Included in the discussion will be a look at the legislative year in review, transportation issues for the region, the state’s water outlook, and state budget and how it affects local communities.
