Boys Basketball: Darius Henderson’s 19 Points Gets La Salle Even in Camino Real Play; Lancers Defeat St. Genevieve, 57-49 on Friday

La Salle got off to a rough start in league with losses to Bishop Amat and St. Monica.

But the Lancers have won two straight and now just one-game back of Amat for second place.

La Salle downed Bellarmine-Jefferson by 44 points on Wednesday night.

And behind 19 points for their star forward, the Lancers are back to 2-2 in league play.

La Salle earned a 57-49 victory over St. Genevieve on Friday evening.

Darius Henderson, as mentioned, had a game-high 19 for La Salle.

Kenneth Franklin finished with 15.

La Salle will travel to Long Beach to take on St. Anthony on Wednesday at 7.
