Leadership Pasadena Names Greg Apodaca to the Advisory Board

Leadership Pasadena has announced Greg Apodaca has joined the LP Advisory Board.

“From 1997-2001, Greg championed the process to launch Leadership Pasadena; served as its Executive Director from 1997-2001, and served on its Board of Directors from 2005-2011. We are excited to have him return to join our Advisory Board,” according to Board Member attorney Josh Driskell.

Apodaca’s professional and volunteer life has focused on providing guidance, planning, coaching and support for purposeful and successful lives for individuals, work teams and communities.

Apodaca co-founded Mountain Top Strategies in 2000. From 2008 through 2016, Apodaca helped launch several initiatives for the Los Angeles Fire Department including a collaborative with LAPD, L.A. County Sheriffs and L.A. County Fire Department to leverage resources to determine the future landscape of public safety.

In 2011 and 2012, he coordinated TEDxPasadena, an independently organized TED event. The TED brand is known for “ideas worth spreading.”

Apodaca is currently launching a new initiative called Community 2.0 (C 2.0) to enable individuals and teams to view life from a different perspective, set balanced lifestyle goals, and engage with kindred spirits in a high-performance team environment.

Leadership Pasadena is a hands-on, community leadership program that immerses you in Pasadena’s rich history, government and world renowned organizations and institutions. This is a unique program for those who want to play an active role in Pasadena’s future. The program also provides personal executive leadership training and coaching and helps you build meaningful connections with area decision-makers.
