Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena will honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. next weekend with service projects intended for entire families to participate in so they can learn about ways of contributing their time and resources for communities to grow stronger.
The museum is partnering with Project Giving Kids during the holiday weekend, Saturday to Monday, January 19 to 21. Staff from Project Giving Kids will be on site from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.
At 1 p.m., California Step Association will have a dance and cultural presentation focusing on MLK Jr.’s legacy and Black History Month.
