Pasadena LEARNs, the afterschool program of the Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD), will host its annual Science Olympiad competition on Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Blair Middle School.
More than 500 students in grades 2-8 will compete in hands-on science challenges. The Olympiad also features Creation Stations that offer fun hands-on science activities for the whole family.
Participating students are part of the Pasadena LEARNs Afterschool Program offered at 26 PUSD campuses. LEARNs offers STEM enrichment activities after the school day ends.
