Pets of the Week at the Pasadena Humane Society

Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane Society this week:

Carsen (A346140) is one of those dogs where we ask, “HOW is he still here?” This staff and volunteer favorite is such a good boy! A frequent attendee of our mobile adoption events, Carsen has shown himself to be well-mannered and sweet around kids and other dogs, and even went to two parades recently, where he did really well in close proximity to loud marching bands. On his most recent foster field trip, he got to go hiking and then to a restaurant, where he was very chill and well-behaved. If you’re looking for a dog with an even keel that you can take everywhere with you, Carsen’s your guy!

The adoption fee for dogs is $140. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated before going to their new home.

New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.

Parm (A485272) came into the shelter with SIX kittens, and now she’s ready to be adopted! This young mama kitty isn’t thinking about PTA meetings or college tuition, she’s just dreaming about a quiet home where she can lay in the sun or curl up on the couch. And if this home has unlimited treats, so much the better! If her kitten-like appearance and cheese-themed name don’t draw you in, maybe the cute little dot on her nose will?
