Plan Studied to Change Lane Design on Pasadena Freeway

The new plan calls for designating the right lane on the Arroyo Seco Parkway 110 Freeway for the exclusive use of drivers exiting and entering to compensate for what have become very dangerous design flaws over the freeway’s seven decades, as cars have gotten bigger and speeds increased.
