2014 Image Award Presented to Sally Kilby and The Institute for the Redesign of Learning

On December 29, 2014, South Pasadena Mayor Robert S. Joe presented 2014 Image Awards to former City Clerk, longtime resident, and community volunteer Sally Kilby, and the Institute for the Redesign of Learning at the South Pasadena Tournament of Roses Committee’s annual Crunch Time Party. The South Pasadena Image Award has been presented since 2004, when former Mayor Mike Ten initiated the annual award to individuals or groups that enhance the image of the City beyond its borders.
