Monday marks the last day to register to vote in time to cast a ballot in the Nov. 3 election.

Online voter registration must be completed by Monday, Oct. 19 and mailed voter registration forms must be postmarked by no later than that, according to state election officials.

Registration can be done at registrars’ offices or polling places up to Election Day, though voters will need to use the Same Day Voter Registration, also known as Conditional Voter Registration

Registration can be completed in multiple languages online at registertovote.ca.gov.

Those already registered to vote have been in the process of automatically receiving mail-in ballots this year due to the pandemic.

Ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day.

Voters may also vote at or drop off completed mail-in ballots at any Los Angeles County vote center, according to the L.A. County Registrar-Recorder’s Office.

Some voting centers will open Oct. 24, 11 days in advance of the election, while the rest will open on Oct. 30, five days ahead of Election Day.

A listing of L.A. County vote centers is available online at https://locator.lavote.net/locations/vc?id=4193&culture=en.

County vote centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the early-voting period, and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, according to election officials.
