A Brunch with a Bite at T. Boyle’s

Tired of the same ol’ sunday brunches? Time for a T. Boyle’s brunch for change.

Every Sunday, T. Boyle’s is offering a Sunday Champagne Brunch from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for a wallet friendly $13 including tax.

All brunchees will get complimentary champagne and mimosas plus unlimited pancakes, french toast, and/or biscuits and gravy.

The brunch menu will include:

Eggs Benedict – Two poached eggs on top of Canadian bacon, English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce, hash browns, and side of bacon or sausage

Bacon and/or Sausage and Eggs – 3 eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, toast

Huevos Rancheros– 3 eggs on corn tortillas topped with cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, side of bacon or sausage, flour or corn tortillas

Chilaquiles – 3 scrambled eggs mixed with corn tortilla chips, cheese, green sauce, side of rice and beans, side of bacon or sausage, flour or corn tortillas

Chorizo and Eggs – 3 Scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo sausage, side of rice and beans, side of bacon or sausage, flour or corn tortillas

Machaca and Eggs– Shredded brisket mixed with 3 eggs, onions, and peppers, side of rice and beans, side of bacon or sausage

For those looking for a more customized meal, T. Boyle’s also offers you the choice to build your own breakfast omelet or burrito:

Build Your Own Omelet – 3 eggs . Choose : Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Louisiana Hot Link, Chorizo, Onion, Bell Pepper, Tomato, Spinach, Cheese (Monterrey Jack/Cheddar), Avocado, Jalapenos, mushrooms.
