A man was shot by BB gun pellets as he and another man walked a dog along a sidewalk near the intersection of North Los Robles and Orange Grove Boulevard Wednesday night.

Pasadena police Sgt. Anthony Burgess said the man was struck in the leg and the arm during the 10:22 p.m. attack.

Burgess said the BB gun was fired from inside a moving car. No description was available of either the shooter or the car.

The victim was not seriously injured and refused medical treatment, Burgess said.
