Shared Office Space Pioneer Moves to New Pasadena Location

Barrister Executive Suites, a pioneer in shared office space concepts since 1966, has relocated its Pasadena operations to a newly renovated Class A building at 35 N. Lake Avenue, marking a strategic shift from its 20-year location at 225 S. Lake Ave.

According to Barrister President and COO Dorthy Bright, the move is part of the company’s commitment to enhancing tenant experience and expanding its portfolio. “We were eager for a new Pasadena suite and are delighted to be working with Swift Real Estate Partners,” said Bright. This new office space location is just one of many we plan on adding before the end of 2024.

The new location offers several improvements and amenities, including a contemporary design, panoramic views of the historic City Hall, mountains, and valley, easier parking, free fitness center access, onsite banking, an outdoor seating area, and convenient access to the 210, 134, and 110 freeways. It is also in close proximity to historic Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, and the Tournament of Roses Parade route.

Barrister’s offerings at the new location include turnkey suites, virtual offices, shared spaces, and meeting rooms, designed to help professionals reduce overhead costs while maintaining a high business image and reputation.

Bright also revealed that Barrister opened its second Woodland Hills location in March at 21031 Ventura Blvd., and plans to add two more locations by the end of June. “We will continue to choose quality over quantity when expanding our portfolio,” she added.
