Pasadena police officers recovered a stolen vehicle after making a traffic stop at Colorado and Roosevelt Avenues at 12:13 am Wednesday morning.
The vehicle, a 2018 Dodge Ram truck, was stolen from the city of Compton, according to Lt. Pete Hettema of the Pasadena Police Department. “One of our officers saw a traffic violation and stopped the vehicle, which was occupied by four subjects. All occupants were detained without incident,” Lt. Hettema said.
The driver, Artesia resident Alberto Jiorje-Michel, was arrested for grand theft auto. One of the passengers was arrested for outstanding warrants, and the two other occupants were released.
