The Proper’s Black Friday Brunch: Your Black Friday Distraction

Black Friday. Just the name conjures up images of crazy long lines, unruly shoppers and fist fights in the toddlers’ toy section.

Rise above it all. Enjoy a quiet moment with  loved ones at The Flintridge Proper, where everyone can recharge, relax and recuperate with its Black Friday Brunch.

The Black Friday Brunch will feature tableside cocktails as well as the Chef’s Special Tasting Menu.

Breakfast specialties such as the Proper Breakfast Sandwich, Proper Benedict, Smooshed Potatoes, and Royale and Pot Roast Hash will be offered, as well as lunch specialties like Farmer’s Market Chopped, Proper Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Grilled Shrimp Salad.

Of course, the Special Brunch Menu wouldn’t be so special without the Proper Burger on the list.

To top it all off, the Chef’s New Tasting Menu will also be available with dishes such as Leek Bacon Crab Hash, Chicken Fried Steak, and Crepes.

Enjoy tableside drinks from the Seasonal Bellini Bar with choices that range from fresh orange, fresh blackberry, fresh strawberry, peach puree, or house-made Elderflower Syrup 9. 7-Up will also be available for the kids.

Of course, mixes like Death in the Afternoon,’ ‘Flintridge 75,’ and ‘Gin & Juice’ might just eliminate any distracting Black Friday thoughts.

The Proper will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but its Black Friday Brunch will be open to everyone on Friday, November 25, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and every Saturday and Sunday too.
