Crestview is excited to announce the addition of the Junior Master Gardener (JMG) program to our Environmental Science curriculum. This innovative program, modeled after the renowned Master Gardener initiative, combines horticulture and environmental science education with leadership and life skills development through engaging, hands-on activities.

Aligned with Crestview’s mission to foster responsible citizenship and environmental stewardship, the JMG program encourages students to actively contribute to their school, community, and family through gardening projects. By participating, students not only gain practical knowledge in plant science but also develop a deeper connection to the environment and the importance of sustainability.

Students who complete a series of fun, science-based activities and a community service project will have the opportunity to earn certification through the International Junior Master Gardener Program. This program is designed to inspire the next generation of environmentally conscious leaders, perfectly reflecting Crestview’s core values of responsibility and community.
