Making Dreams Come True at Madison Elementary School

More than 65 first- and second-graders at Madison Elementary School are getting academic, social-emotional, and financial support through college thanks to the “I Have a Dream” Foundation–Los Angeles (IHADLA) Program 21. The educational partnership will help Madison students thrive and pursue their dreams.

The “I Have a Dream” Foundation–Los Angeles (IHADLA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through long-term educational support, mentorship, and guaranteed college scholarships. IHADLA works with students, known as “Dreamers,” from underserved communities, beginning in early elementary school and continuing through college and career entry. By providing consistent guidance, resources, and opportunities, IHADLA empowers Dreamers to achieve academic success, develop life skills, and realize their full potential.
