Flintridge Prep Girls Swimming Team Wins First-ever CIF Championship

History Made: Flintridge Preparatory School (FPS) girls swimming team won their first-ever CIF championship. Four freshman led the charge and took home the gold for Division 3, winning by over 8 seconds in the 400 freestyle relay. Congratulations to Addie Gish ’25, Sarah Iturbe ’25, Megan Lee ’25, and Natalie Walklett ’25, who were CIF champions in both the 400 free relay AND the 200 freestyle relay events. Gish and Walklett also won their 100 backstroke and 200 freestyle CIF events, respectively.

FPS is also thrilled to announce that it has 5 swimmers advancing to State Championships this weekend, including the fantastic four of Gish, Iturbe, Lee, and Walklett, as well as Athan Boutakidis ’25 representing the boys team in the 50 freestyle.
