Honoring Service and Sacrifice in San Marino

“Happy Veterans Day!” Last week, the San Marino Unified School District (SMUSD) proudly honored and thanked all the veterans in its community for their service, courage, and unwavering dedication. The district’s schools came together to express deep appreciation for the men and women who have safeguarded the nation through their sacrifices. Students participated in moments of reflection, learning about the importance of service and gratitude. Staff and families joined in recognizing the lasting impact veterans make both in and beyond the community. It was a heartfelt celebration of those whose bravery continues to inspire future generations.
