La Cañada Spartans Dominate Hart Hawks in Straight Sets

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the La Cañada High School Varsity Girls Volleyball team delivered a decisive performance against visiting Hart High School from Santa Clarita, CA. In a non-league home match held in La Cañada, the Spartans swept the Hawks 3-0, capturing victory in straight sets (25-22, 25-9, 25-17)

This shutout win marks a strong start to their season, improving La Canada’s overall record to 1-2 and gaining momentum ahead of their next matchup against Harvard-Westlake the following evening. Conversely, Hart High’s record now stands at 0-1, as they shift focus to their upcoming contest versus San Marcos.
