La Salle College Prep is Looking for Volunteers for its “La Salle Garden”
La Salle College Preparatory is excited to announce the first phase of building its La Salle garden! La Salle is looking for ten volunteers that can help on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. The volunteers will be building garden beds, tilling, mixing soil, and planting. All participants must complete a COVID-19 health screening to participate.
A school garden is a fantastic way to not only grow fresh produce, but also for the families, students and staff to become a true community. It is also rewarding to organize the community to work together and even more rewarding to see the garden beds fully cultivated and planted with various plants and vegetables.
