Maranatha High School: “Nearing Our Goal to Advance Tech Education”

As the calendar year ends, Maranatha High School (MHS) is thrilled to share that it is nearly 65% of the way to their goal to purchase a state-of-the-art computer cart!

With the generosity of the community, MHS raised $40,025 of the $62,000 goal. This progress brings the school closer to equipping its TILE Lab with 25 advanced Dell XPS laptops. This essential upgrade will not only foster creativity and innovation but also prepare its students for the digital world.

As you recall, MHS TILE Lab classes have experienced a remarkable 33% growth, reflecting the increasing interest and passion our students have in tech-related fields. The addition of the computer cart will directly impact over 100 additional students, offering them invaluable experiences in areas like CAD, graphic design, photography, and computer science. This is more than just a technological upgrade; it’s an investment in the skills and opportunities that will shape MHS students’ academic and professional futures.

MHS is on the cusp of making this vision a reality. Your ongoing support is vital. Each $2,480 donation adds another computer to the TILE Lab, directly enhancing student learning. We’re eager to meet our goal with your help.

In these final weeks of 2023, we invite you to join this impactful project. Your contributions are investments in our students’ futures. Together, we can ensure Maranatha remains at the forefront of technology and education.

To donate before December 31, visit our website’s Giving page, fill out the form, and mention “Computer Cart” in the comments. Donors contributing at least $2,500 will receive name recognition on a new laptop.

Thank you for being a part of our community and for your commitment to the future of our students. Let’s make these final weeks of 2023 count and bring this project across the finish line!
