Polytechnic School’s Second Annual Film Festival



Polytechnic School’s Upper School Poly Cinema Guild hosted the second annual Poly Film Festival last Friday. The 10 films screened were created by students at Poly, Flintridge Prep, Harvard Westlake, Los Altos High School, Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, Edison High School, and Arnold O. Beckman High School.

There were two panel discussions with the filmmakers in attendance, moderated by Tim Cogshell, a film critic and commentator.

“Buffalo – Innerwave” created by students at Arnold O. Beckman High School took the Cinema Guild’s top prize, while the audience award went to “Black Don’t Crack” directed by Cole S. ’19 from Poly.
