Sequoyah Students Share Music with Fire-Affected Youth

On Friday, Sequoyah School ninth graders in the Gryphon Ensemble put on a special concert for fire-affected youth at the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena. The performance featured a diverse selection of music, showcasing the students’ dedication and talent. Following the concert, the students engaged with the audience by hosting an interactive instrument petting zoo, allowing the young attendees to explore different instruments hands-on. They also participated in a Q&A session, answering questions about music, performance, and their experiences as student musicians. Sequoyah School extends a heartfelt thank you to the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena for welcoming them. “We had a great time and loved sharing our music with such an enthusiastic audience!”
