Sid The Cat Owners Share Their Story with SPHS Entrepreneurship Students

Students in the SPHS Entrepreneurship class recently received an exclusive look inside the music industry from Kyle Wilkerson and Brandon Gonzalez, the owners of the acclaimed music venue and promotions company, Sid the Cat.
During their guest lecture, the entrepreneurial duo shared the inspiring story of their professional journey, detailing how they grew their passion into a thriving staple of the local music scene. Wilkerson and Gonzalez pulled back the curtain on their day-to-day operations, giving students a realistic view of what it takes to manage talent, book shows, and run a successful independent business. Sharing years of hands-on experience, they concluded the session by offering invaluable career advice and encouraging the next generation of innovators to pursue their unique business ambitions.
