Slots Still Open for Harvard Westlake School Summer Program
Still looking for something special to interest your student over the summer? Harvard-Westlake school has spots available in Film, Debate and Wolverine Sports!
For the nascent young composer/filmmaker, check out our Righteous Conversations Music Composition Workshop. Offered in partnership with the LA Museum of the Holocaust, the Project brings together young people and Holocaust Survivors to compose scores for Righteous Conversations films and Public Service Announcements. Composition students will be mentored by teaching artists, industry professionals, and LAMOTH staff. Once complete, Righteous Conversations films are shared with audiences, local and national, in the thousands at film festivals and through social media around the world.
Harvard Westlake’s Debate courses, taught by national-award winning faculty, offer the opportunity to improve critical thinking skills and, if desired, develop competitive debating ability. In particular, our Middle School Public Debate Programs will provide an outlet for naturally argumentative adolescents to channel that energy into productive use!
For those more interested in sports, Wolverine Sports Camps are for you: Baseball, Softball, Water Polo, Soccer, Volleyball, Speed Camp, Tennis, and Track & Field all are led by coaches and highly trained professionals and guest instructors that include former Olympians. All provide your child with a memorable and fun summer experience!
