St. Philip Students Spread Kindness, One Coffee Cup at a Time

St. Philip the Apostle School 4th and 5th-grade students celebrated Kindness Day last week by writing uplifting messages on drink sleeves for Starbucks customers. In total, the students decorated 2,000 sleeves, all of which were delivered to the Starbucks located at Hill and Walnut. Their heartfelt words of encouragement were shared with countless customers throughout the week.

The project gave students a meaningful opportunity to practice compassion in a simple, tangible way. Teachers said the activity helped students understand how small actions can have a big impact. The Starbucks team also expressed gratitude for the partnership, noting how much positivity the sleeves brought to the community. The students surely brought joy to thousands of people!
