St. Rita School Summer Athletic Training Program Builds Strength, Skills, and Confidence

The Summer Athletic Training Program at St. Rita School is off to an energetic start, with student-athletes already making strides under the guidance of Coach Midlick and the school’s dedicated coaching staff. Designed to be both fun and engaging, the six-week program helps participants develop key athletic abilities while fostering confidence, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Enthusiasm continues to grow as athletes challenge themselves and celebrate their progress each day.

The program focuses on improving agility, athletic skills, and overall movement performance through structured training sessions. Instruction is led on a rotating basis by St. Rita’s experienced coaching team, including Mr. Lopez, Miss Pfrimmer, and Mr. Midlick. Families have the flexibility to enroll in the full six-week program or select individual weeks that best fit their schedules.
