The Drama Club at St. Rita School

The St. Rita Drama Club provides students with an opportunity to experience all the disciplines of a traditional theater arts program: literature, music, dance, and design. The program has been bringing the magic of the theater to St. Rita School and the greater Sierra Madre community since 2005. Over the years students have presented everything from classic musicals like Lion King and Peter Pan to Shakespeare.

“Our Mission”

“For the St. Rita Players, the performance itself is not the measure of our work. Rather, we strive to measure the quality of our efforts in our school work, in the rehearsal process of teamwork and problem solving, and in our service to the community. Nothing of value is ever realized without hard work. Our mission is to always put forth our best efforts in everything we do so we are ready to be extraordinary.”
