“This is a natural fit for the existing classes and programs we offer our clientele of all ages. Kerr himself has extensive experience teaching martial arts. He is a fifth degree blackbelt and co-author of “Idiots to Monsters: The Essential Guide to Surviving Common Threats and Violent Encounters,” being aware of your surroundings and trusting your instincts are keys to self-defense, especially for teenagers.
