Love guacamole? Sí, of course you do! Vallarta Supermarkets, the popular Mexican supermarket chain with a location at 655 North Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena, is introducing a new guacamole creation to its classic selections, just for avocado lovers—Oatmeal Raisin Guacamole.
The company will be offering the new breakfast guacamole along with its classic guacamole prepared with avocado, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and jalapeños, beginning April 1.
“We listened to our customers, and we are thrilled to give them what they want,” said Andrew Lewis, VP of Marketing Vallarta Supermarkets. “If our shoppers and their families love our classic guacamole, they are sure to enjoy our newest guacamole creation.”.
In a press release earlier this week, Vallarta Supermarkets said, “After receiving multiple requests from raisin-loving customers, we answered the call and are excited to offer a delectable, flavorful combination of our fresh, creamy Hass avocados with hearty oats, sweet organic sun-dried raisins with a dash of cinnamon, that tastes just like a crisp spring morning. We always bring the best of the season sourced from only the best growers to ensure the freshness and quality Vallarta shoppers have come to expect.”
The Oatmeal Raisin Guacamole will be available starting on April 1, 2022, at all 53 locations.
Lewis also added “While many of our valued customers would want to try our new Guacamole creation (or maybe not), this unlikely concoction is all in good fun and just in time for April Fools. Lewis said that the chain will be promoting Oatmeal Raisin Guacamole on April 1, through its social media channels on Instagram @vallarta.supermarkets and Facebook, @vallarta.supermarkets.
