Pasadena’s Cha Redefine is scheduled to hold its formal grand opening on March 20. The event will show how traditional tea culture can be included in modern life.
Instead of a cup of coffee each morning, Cha Redefine hopes to have people enjoying cups of tea. Their drinks include new unique premium tea flavors sourced from across the globe. Patrons can also enjoy latte and cappuccino style drinks substituted with premium tea instead of coffee.
For the Fresh Strawberry Cloudy, for example, the hand-selected tea is freshly brewed every morning and kept on hand for only 4 hours, with fresh strawberry topped with a layer of avocado cream.
“Cha Redefine has combined traditional tea with modern brewing methods to breathe new life into tea culture and we want to share this with everyone.” Audrey Huang, Owner of Cha Redefine.
