Since, as you know, it’s always the weekend here at the Weekendr, why not take the kids to Disneyland?  We’re sure you’ve thought about this before, but by the time you remember to see if there are any virtual Disneyland rides in the Cyber-verse, another day has blended into another day. And another day.

We’re here to help.

As you likely also know, there are no “official” virtual Disney rides or attractions. Disney don’t play that.  But a number of people who’ve made Disney their “official” obsession, will do whatever it takes to capture the Disneyland experience forever, so that they, and you, can relive the experience. As if it was ahem, frozen in time.

So let’s start there. Though you live in Pasadena, and Disneyland is about 40 minutes away (210 east to the 57 south. When you can), it’s been a while since you’ve been. And we know you love everything “Frozen,” but have you seen the “Frozen” attraction at Epcot Center in Florida?

And as long as we’re traveling, why not see what Ratatouille: The Adventure Ride at Disneyland Paris is all about? Pour que vous le sachiez à l’avance, ce tour est en français.

Certainly no visit to Disneyland would be complete without a visit to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, of course. Put the video on full screen, and settle back as you cruise through those mysterious swamps, that even today, years after your first visit, still make you feel vaguely Cajun.

Leaving those swamps and their pirate battles, perhaps you’d like to engage in some pirate battles of your own, with some higher stakes? You’re gonna want to defend the rebel cause in Rise of the Resistance, then. The galaxy needs you, get to it.

You’re battle-raised now, and it’s time for one more fight. Crawl into the cockpit of the Millenium Falcon as you defend precious cargo flights into the farthest reaches of the universe. Whether you’re a pilot, engineer or gunner on the ride, this ride is intense.

The engines rumble as the Millennium Falcon blasts off, pushing you and your crew back into your seats when you jump into hyperspace towards adventure. Along the way you’ll face danger at every turn. You’re gonna want to watch this one a few times.

Now that you’ve defended the entire galaxy, enjoy your spoils with a fanciful flight over London perhaps? Join Peter and Wendy and the rest of the sleepy ones as they travel out and over London on the  Peter Pan Flight on their way to Neverland.

Welcome back. Sorry, there’s no Disney-themed restaurant at your place to visit and dine after all those rides, but isn’t your place actually the real Happiest Place on Earth? We thought so.
