Pasadena will crumble on Friday. And that’s a good thing.
Pasadena’s official location for Crumbl Cookies will open at 3827 E. Foothill Blvd in Hastings Ranch in Pasadena at 8 a.m.

“It’s a wonderful company that really makes the world’s best cookies in the world,” said new franchise owner Linda Mikha.
She just may be sweet on it.
As she explained to us on Wednesday, “Two cousins started it and they worked very, very hard to perfect their chocolate chip cookie. And that’s one of their number one sellers.”
The store, in only five years, has now grown into a national franchise with over 800 locations in all 50 states.
“It’s a rotating menu where the flavors change every single week,” Mikha explained. “So you get one flavor this week, but you’re not going to probably get it again for months. It could be up to six months, nine months. Flavors change every week.”
Mikha explained that there are typically five to six cookies on the six cookies every week on the menu.
“The recipes are just delicious,” she said, unabashedly. “We bake them and we sell ’em right there. And then it’s not cookies that were frozen, they’re just cookies that are made fresh and baked. We might prepare the dough a little in advance, but they’re baked fresh. So, when a customer comes in to buy a box of cookies, those cookies are just out of the oven.”
The store’s grand opening week menu will contain six of the more than 275 weekly rotating flavors, including Crumbl’s award-winning Milk Chocolate Chip. Some of Crumbl’s other specialty flavors include internet favorites such as Cornbread, Cookies & Cream, S’mores, Key Lime Pie, Peppermint Bark, Caramel Popcorn, Buttermilk Pancake, Galaxy Brownie.
New flavors “drop” online every Sunday evening at 6 p.m. MST for the store’s legions of local cookieheads.
Customers can order in person during the first five business days of the grand opening. But, beginning Wednesday, July, 5, delivery, curbside pickup, catering, and nationwide shipping will all be available via the Crumbl App and online at crumblcookies.com.
Customers may also enjoy a brand new feature on the Crumbl App called the Cookie Journal, to rate and track cookies, share their tasty takes with other Crumbl reviewers, and earn rewards.
As for Mikha, she knew after first sinking her teeth into a warm chocolate chip cookie, she had to be part of the Crumbl Crew, and the journey to opening her first Crumbl Cookies store began. The Hastings Ranch store will be her third, after opening shops in North Hollywood and a forthcoming Burbank store.
Mikha and her team have spent months perfecting the Hastings Ranch location to provide an irresistible experience for customers, she said.
As she gushed to us, “I fell in love with the culture of Crumbl, and decided that I wanted to be a part of this amazing company. I have some other locations of crumble. I just love the company, love the culture, and getting to know the company has just been amazing because we make the cookies, I see the ingredient list. I see how the company just cares about every single thing. It’s all very detail oriented, and they’re just an immaculate company.”
The store is also providing over 45 career opportunities to Pasadena locals.
Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah, by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley. Its rotating menu offers new flavors every week, while regularly bringing back crowd favorites and unique original recipes.
