Most Pasadena locals know that any special occasion will be even more special when spent at Celestino’s Ristorante. Executive Chef Calogero Drago is preparing a romantic four-course menu throughout the Valentine’s Day weekend.
The special menu is available from Friday, February 11th, 2022, through Monday, February 14th, 2022
Lovers can begin with a choice of Sweet Corn Soup or Mushroom Soufflé with Fontina Cheese Sauce and Black Truffle. Follow that with a kiss of paste either Risotto with Red Beets and Goat Cheese, or Heart Shaped Ravioli filled with Shrimp in a Lobster Sauce
The main attraction is a choice of Fillet of Branzino served with Polenta, Peruvian Potatoes and Black Truffle Sauce, or a Chicken Roulade stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese, Mortadella and Marsala Wine Sauce
And it wouldn’t be any kind of love affair without a special dessert. Chef’s Valentine’s Special Dessert, well, we’re not here to spoil any surprises.
To keep the evening sparkling, Prosecco Spumante is available at a special Valentine’s Day price when paired with either the Prix-Fixe Menu Super Sicilian, or the Prix-Fixe Menu.
