This home is in wonderful condition. Greg had a difficult time getting this street of lovely homes through the planning process. Originally the entire street was landscaped as one park like setting by Gerrett Eckbo- hence the name Planned Park Development. This was the first intentionally racially integrated neighborhood in ALtadena as some of the homes were presold and Greg Ain INSISTED they be available to people of every race.
