MUSE/IQUE to Bring More Music Into Homes with the Help of Zoom

Published on Nov 18, 2020

MUSE/IQUE and the Pasadena Senior Center are hosting another online concert on Wednesday, November 18, as part of the MUSE/IQUE Offstage series, featuring Education Director Heather Lipson-Bell and world-class session bassist Joe Ayoub.

Each month, MUSE/IQUE, a member-supported, nonprofit performing arts organization making radically engaging live music experiences accessible for all, sends out its engagement team to various sites in Pasadena and throughout Los Angeles County to share live music, artists, and education events, especially with underserved groups.

From these sites, the MUSE/IQUE event is covered via Zoom to allow the public to watch while guaranteeing the safety of participants.

Joe Ayoub is a member of the American Idol house band from 2018 up to the present. He is a Los Angeles based musician, writer, producer, arranger, and musical director. With electric and acoustic bass being his main instruments, he has performed or recorded with Enrique Iglesias, Leonard Cohen, Nikka Costa, Shakira, Liz Phair, Billy Currington, Sara Bareilles, The Carson Daly House Band and many others.
