Join the Pasadena Senior Center on Thursday, December 31, from 2:30 to 4 p.m., for a virtual New Year’s Eve celebration and dance party.
Luckily for Pasadenans, 4 p.m. Thursday Pacific Time is the same time when midnight crosses the prime meridian located in Greenwich, the UK and when the English say goodbye to 2020.
That means you can actually get a head start on 2021 by celebrating early with the Pasadena Senior Center.
The Great American Swing Band, a Pasadena-based 15 piece swing band that performs the big band sounds of the 1940’s, and the Tap Chicks, the Senior Center’s own, will provide music for the event, so it’s something you don’t want to miss.
So be ready to put on your party hats, register online, and get the noisemakers ready.
