These Cakes Will Make You Even More Grateful on Thanksgiving Day

Published on Nov 17, 2020

Ever tasted one of Nothing Bundt Cakes’ moist morsels of yum?  (Can you tell we’re hooked on these addictive delights?)

These delicious cakes are pretty much the perfect antidote to the coronavirus doldrums, every day of the week — but on Thanksgiving Day, they’re much more: they are one more reason to be thankful.

What makes the Bundt so unique and addictive is the creamy rich frosting on top.

Customers have waxed rhapsodic about Pasadena’s Nothing Bundt Cake’s frosting, for example, calling it everything from “magical” to “miraculous,” and every delicious adjective in between. The crafted-by-hand cakes use real eggs, butter, and cream cheese.

For Thanksgiving, the new  “Give Thanks” cake (shown above, at right) features a turkey cake with 5 gratitude feathers. Guests actually write on the long paper feathers what they’re grateful for, what they are thankful for.

Nothing Bundt Cakes are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate gatherings both large and small, from bite-sized Bundtinis, to miniature Bundtlets, to full-sized 8″ and 10″ cakes and even tiered cakes.

To make sure you can get your cakes in time for Thanksgiving, we went over the ordering basics with Pasadena franchise owner/operator Ingrid Kuo.

“Our Pasadena bakery hours are Mon-Sat 10 a.m.- 6 p.m., closed Thanksgiving Day.  We are taking pre-orders only for Wednesday,  November 25, so we encourage ordering online now, because we expect to reach capacity very quickly,” Kuo said. “Our cakes are good for several days in the fridge, so orders for Mon and Tues that week are a great idea to avoid missing out.”

Cakes can be ordered here for pickup.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is at 548 South Lake Avenue, Pasadena. (626) 792-8200.
