The University Club of Pasadena is hosting Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 17, with the first seating at 10 a.m. and the last at 1 p.m. Easter Brunch features a Special Easter Gift, Egg Hunt, Brunch and special activities for children.
Brunch costs $65 per adult and $25 per child. The menu includes a first course of either Sundried Tomato and Spinach Quiche with Tossed Mixed Greens, or Applewood Bacon and Caramelized Onion Quiche with Tossed Greens; and a second course of either Liege Waffle with Fresh Berries Compote and Chantilly Cream, or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Creole Remoulade.
The Main Course is a choice of Roasted Prime Rib Roast with Au Jus and Creamed Horseradish, Grilled Rack of Lamb with Fresh Mint Pesto, Grilled Natural Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce, and Portobello Stack with Grilled Vegetables and Balsamic Glaze; the main course option includes Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes or Rice Pilaf, Creamed Corn, and Farmers’ Market Vegetables.
