A Heartfelt (and Feathered!) Boost for Westridge Seniors

As Westridge School seniors move through the intensity of college application season, the community is fondly recalling a special surprise gifted to each member of the Class of 2026 earlier this year: emotional support chickens hand-crocheted by Assistant Director of College Counseling Dr. Jann Lacoss. Each chicken is one-of-a-kind, complete with delightfully clever names like Henifer Aniston, Cardi Beak, and Chick Jagger, and serves as a warm reminder that students are supported and never navigating the college process alone. This thoughtful gesture continues to bring smiles and reassurance during one of the most stressful academic moments of their high school journey.
