Carver Elementary School Celebrate Valentines Day

The core strength of K.L. Carver Elementary is its ever present joyous sense of community. It is through this that its students know just how much they are cared for and just how wide that caring net is for them. In short, they see an entire community of families, teachers and staff who very clearly find joy in bringing them the absolute best, and most fun, learning experience.

This was so very evident during Treats with a Sweet event this past Valentine’s Day. Families, students and staff enjoyed not just a treat together (coffee and a donut) but a very real sense of joy.

“Several times, while walking among and talking with those in attendance, I closed my eyes for a brief moment or two. The sounds that came to me were those of a thriving and happy community. Thank you to those who put together this event. And thank you to everyone who together to help our students see what a thriving community they are part of here. Carver truly is magic and it’s the people that make it so!”
