La Salle’s EcoCommittee Creates a Community Garden

La Salle’s EcoCommittee created a community garden during the winter of 2021. This year-long service project was dedicated to the Class of 2021 for their perseverance and fortitude throughout the pandemic.

The garden is still going strong throughout the summer, and has produced bushels of cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, onions, cantaloupe, pumpkins and more.

La Salle College Preparatory looks forward to continuing to grow and maintain this garden as a symbol of its commitment to sustainability.

La Salle College Preparatory, 3880 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., Pasadena, (626) 351-8951 or visit www.lasallehs.org.
