Maranatha High School’s Annual Gala: Celebrating 60 Years of Faith, Excellence, and Purpose

Maranatha High School invites the community to its Annual Gala at the LA Arboretum and Botanic Garden on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The evening will begin with a reception and silent auction at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and a live auction at 7:00 p.m.
As Maranatha celebrates its 60th Anniversary, the occasion is marked by deep gratitude for God’s faithfulness and for the generations of students, families, faculty, alumni, and supporters who have shaped the school’s enduring legacy.
From its founding, Maranatha has remained firmly grounded in Christ, committed to academic excellence, and devoted to forming young people of faith, character, and purpose. This milestone offers a meaningful moment to reflect on the past while joyfully gathering as a community to celebrate all that God has accomplished through the school’s shared mission.
The Annual Gala serves as a special opportunity to reconnect, honor those who have invested so deeply in Maranatha, and give thanks for the many blessings that have sustained the school over six decades.
While honoring the past, Maranatha also looks ahead with hope and anticipation. The focus of this year’s Gala is the First Impressions Campaign, an initiative shaping the next chapter of the campus and enhancing the student experience. This effort reflects a commitment to wise stewardship and to creating spaces that will serve students and families for generations to come.
Dr. Matt Ketterling, Head of School, warmly invites the community to join in this memorable evening of celebration, gratitude, and shared vision – honoring God’s faithfulness over the past sixty years and looking forward with confidence to all that lies ahead for Maranatha High School.
