Maranatha Students Use Engineering Skills to Serve Fire-Impacted Family

This spring, students in the TILELab program at Maranatha High School are applying their 3D modeling and mechanical design skills to support a local family affected by recent fires. Through detailed digital pre-visualizations, the students are exploring potential restoration solutions while gaining hands-on experience in using engineering to address real-world challenges and human needs.

Aligned with the school’s focus on forming Students in Christ, the project reflects values of advocacy, service, and thoughtful innovation in action. Maranatha High School’s commitment to holistic education extends beyond the classroom, equipping students with both the technical skills and the compassion needed to make a meaningful and lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
